We are looking for adynamic, experienced, well-connected Independent Sales Representativeto grow our wholesale business across theNew England territory.If you're a relationship-driven closer with a passion for footwear and a deep understanding of independent retail, we want to hear from you. You will drive sales, manage key independent accounts, and hunt for new business with tenacity and heart.

The Sales Representativeis responsible for building and driving the footwear sales and profitable growth within the assigned accounts for all Spring Footwear brands in CT, MA, ME, NH, Upstate NY, RI, VT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel throughout the assigned territory to sell Spring Footwear collections to independent retailers
  • Maximize sales, inventory flow, and sell-through performance
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with store owners and buyers
  • Identify opportunities for growth and develop territory-specific strategies
  • Monitor retail financials and identify actionable opportunities
  • Open new accounts and maintain strong retention
  • Actively communicate brand vision and product benefits to retail staff
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director on territory planning and reporting

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the footwear industry, ideally as an independent rep
  • Strong network of retail buyers and contacts in the New England region
  • Ability to analyze key retail metrics (turn, WOS, sell-thru), and data-driven decisions
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a "hunter" mindset
  • Polished communication skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ)
  • Well-organized, accountable, and comfortable traveling regularly
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office and data-savvy
