MoxiWorks is a leader in the PropTech SaaS industry, developing tools to empower real estate professionals and helping agents find, win, and close more deals. As the real estate industry undergoes major change, MoxiWorks aims to redefine accessibility, usability, and utility of sales and marketing software used by brokerages and agents.

Mid-Market Account Executive

This individual contributor role involves actively pursuing leads for future MoxiWorks clients and building strong relationships with prospects. You will manage the full sales cycle within our growing mid-market segment.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and apply a high level of knowledge of our products.
  2. Achieve and exceed sales quotas and cold call targets.
  3. Identify, qualify, and close new and upsell business opportunities.
  4. Use consulting and presentation skills to demonstrate tailored product solutions based on customer needs.
  5. Manage multiple decision-makers throughout the sales cycle by building trust and understanding challenges through active listening and quality questions.
  6. Create and maintain an accurate, real-time database of prospective clients and sales pipeline forecast in Salesforce.
  7. Leverage Gong to enhance your sales skills.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
  9. Work with Sales Leadership on planning, forecasting, and business development strategies.
  10. Travel across the US as required (nominal).
Qualifications
  1. 2+ years of successful SaaS or inside sales experience.
  2. Familiarity with Salesforce and Gong is desirable.
  3. Proven measurable achievements in sales roles.
  4. Experience in real estate sales or servicing solutions is preferred.
  5. Entrepreneurial, coachable, and passionate about educating clients on next-generation real estate technology.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a high-energy, dynamic environment with grit and a Challenger mentality.
  7. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  8. BS/BA degree preferred.
  9. Remote work possible, preferably East Coast-based or aligned with East Coast hours.
Compensation and Benefits

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 (Base $70,000 + Variable $80,000, uncapped with accelerators). Benefits include:
