Job summary

Profound is a fast-growing AI marketing platform used by a broad range of enterprises and innovators. As a Mid-Market Account Executive you will lead high-velocity, consultative sales cycles, owning the mid-market segment from prospecting through close.

You will partner with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to refine messaging, drive expansion, and build long-term partnerships. This on-site role emphasizes speed, iteration, and impact across NYC, SF, Boston, or London offices.

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will lead fast-moving, consultative sales cycles with high-growth organizations. You will be instrumental in expanding Profound’s reach across the mid-market and help shape how we scale our go-to-market motion as the team grows.

Location

This is an on-site role based in our NYC, SF, Boston, or London office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.

For this role, the expected base salary range is $90,000 to $150,000 before commission (NYC and SF). Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process.
