• Title: Account Executive with Uncapped and Lifetime Residual Commission
• Location: 100% Remote / Field Based
• Starting Salary: $50,000 + Uncapped Lifetime Residual Commission (OTE 2-3x Base)
• Industry: Merchant Services / Payment Processing

Responsibilities

• Submit new merchant deals monthly
• Present Pepper Pay solutions to clients and manage the full sales cycle
• Manage your own pipeline
• Meet/exceed leadership metrics
• Assist onboarding of merchants
• Provide feedback to leadership
• Stay updated on industry trends

Candidate Profile

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a sales record
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Ability to work independently remotely

Qualifications
