Title: Account Executive with Uncapped and Lifetime Residual Commission

Location: 100% Remote / Field Based

Starting Base Salary: $50,000 + Uncapped Lifetime Residual Commission (OTE 2-3x Base)

• Submit new merchant deals monthly
• Present Pepper Pay solutions to potential clients and manage the full sales cycle
• Manage your own pipeline
• Meet and exceed sales metrics
• Partner with Pepper Pay for onboarding merchants
• Provide feedback to leadership
• Stay updated on industry trends
