Commercial Collateral Lending is a nationwide commercial mortgage brokerage providing creative financing solutions across all property types, excluding primary residences . From multifamily and mixed-use to industrial, office, and land, we help borrowers access funding when traditional banks say no.

We are actively seeking driven, independent SalesAccount Executives to help us grow our pipeline by building relationships with residential mortgage professionals, realtors, accountants, and business owners . This is a remote, commission-only role ideal for self-starters with confidence in their ability to close.

This position is great for:

• Former or current MLOs wanting to monetize commercial leads
• Real estate agents with investor clients
• Bankers or brokers frustrated with limited lending programs
• Sales professionals seeking an entrepreneurial opportunity in a growing market

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and build relationships with residential mortgage shops, realtors, and referral partners
• Respond to and qualify inbound leads from clients needing purchase or refinance funding
• Conduct meetings with prospects to understand their financing goals
• Prepare and present tailored commercial lending solutions
• Negotiate loan terms and guide deals from application to close
• Maintain detailed activity reports via spreadsheet/CRM
• Consistently follow up to deliver excellent client service and secure repeat business

Minimum Qualifications:

• Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
• Confidence in a 100% commission structure. You control your income
• The ability to self-manage and stay organized in a remote environment
• Strong sales instincts and a willingness to cold call or follow up consistently
• Familiarity with real estate or lending is helpful, but not required
