Job summary

World Business Lenders, LLC. is seeking Account Representatives to grow business in Nashville and Savannah, focusing on establishing strong broker relationships and expanding the referral network.

You will drive qualified opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, educate partners on loan programs, and help increase production volumes through proactive outreach and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Residential mortgage broker industry experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales, account management, or business development experience within the residential mortgage brokerage industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residential mortgage brokers and other referral sources.
• Conduct consistent outbound prospecting and follow-up within the assigned market.
• Educate partners and prospective borrowers on BNB Cashout's loan program and eligibility requirements.
• Maintain regular communication and build long-term, productive relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Nashville and Savannah.
• Expand broker, investor, and referral network and represent the company professionally.
• Drive qualified applications, funded deals, and production volume.
• Manage opportunities from initial outreach through application, underwriting coordination, and closing.
• Track pipeline activity, partner engagement, and production metrics.
