Job summary

World Business Lenders, LLC, via BNB Cashout, is seeking Account Representatives to develop business in the Nashville and Savannah markets. You will build relationships with residential mortgage brokers and referral partners, generate qualified opportunities, manage an active pipeline, and expand the company’s market presence.

The role focuses on driving funded deals, maintaining a productive broker network, and ensuring a responsive borrower experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Residential mortgage broker industry experience required.
• 2+ years in sales, account management, or business development in residential mortgage brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residential mortgage brokers and referral sources.
• Prospect consistently within the assigned market and follow up.
• Educate partners and borrowers on loan programs and eligibility.
• Maintain regular communication and build long-term relationships.
• Drive qualified applications and production volume.
• Track pipeline activity and provide updates to leadership.
