BNB Cashout in the United States is seeking motivated Account Representatives to develop business within Nashville and Savannah markets. You will build relationships with residential mortgage brokers and other referral partners, generate qualified opportunities, manage an active sales pipeline, and help expand BNB Cashout's presence in the assigned markets.

The role emphasizes disciplined outreach, timely follow-up, and a professional experience for partners and prospective borrowers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in sales or business development within residential mortgage brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of residential mortgage lending and broker relationships.
• Proven track record of hitting sales and BD goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residential mortgage brokers and other referral sources.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Nashville and Savannah.
• Expand broker, investor, and referral networks and represent BNB Cashout professionally.
• Drive qualified applications, funded deals, and production volume.
• Manage opportunities from outreach through closing.
• Keep leadership updated with pipeline and market activity.
