Job summary

BNB Cashout seeks motivated Account Representatives to develop business within the Nashville and Savannah markets, building relationships with residential mortgage brokers and other referral partners to generate qualified opportunities.

You will manage an active sales pipeline, drive qualified applications, and help expand BNB Cashout's presence through disciplined outreach and relationship development in these markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Residential mortgage broker industry experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales, account management, or business development in residential mortgage brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of residential mortgage lending, broker relationships, and referral-based sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and business development goals.
• Independent work style with strong follow-up and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residential mortgage brokers and other referral sources.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-up in the assigned market.
• Educate partners and borrowers on BNB Cashout's loan program and eligibility.
• Maintain regular communication and build long-term relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Nashville and Savannah.
• Expand broker, investor, and referral networks and drive production.
• Manage opportunities from outreach through application, underwriting coordination, and closing.
• Track pipeline activity and provide regular market updates to leadership.
• Maintain accurate activity, contacts, and opportunities in company systems.
