Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Residential mortgage broker industry experience required.
• Minimum 2 years in sales/account management within residential mortgage brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of residential mortgage lending and broker relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residential mortgage brokers and referral sources.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Nashville and Savannah.
• Manage opportunities from outreach through application and closing.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in company systems.
