Role Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle for a new lending intelligence solution, LuLu
  • Identify and qualify leads with key personas at ICP accounts
  • Build and manage relationships with executive stakeholders - comprehensive understanding of business challenges, lending objectives, and success metrics
  • Pipeline generation & management - creative, personalized approach to lead-generation and nurturing through all channels
  • Clearly communicate product value, addressing the unique needs of financial institutions
  • Conduct discovery to understand customer pain points, challenges, and objectives.
  • Deliver a compelling product demo to showcase the features and benefits of our product, tailored to address their needs
  • Work closely with go-to-market teams to become trusted customer partners and grow our mid-market customer base
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Consistently achieve monthly quota for each step in the sales process
  • Daily activities will include prospecting, qualifying, discovery, value-selling and forecasting

What we are looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably with experience engaging C-suite executives
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Passion for contributing to ambitious revenue and growth goals.
  • A track record of high performance, self-motivation and a desire to continually raise the bar for what you believe is achievable.
  • Growth Mindset - seeking to deeply understand Zest, our industry, market, and prospects
  • Urgent Curiosity - genuine interest in learning about customer’s problems and eagerness to solve them
  • Bonus points for: Training in MEDDPICC or similar sales methodology; familiarity with Apollo.io; experience in finance industry
