Job description

Join to apply for the Account Executive - Inside Sales role at National Debt Relief, LLC.

Due to our tremendous growth, we are seeking seasoned, commission-driven Account Executives to join our team! In this role, you will work with prospective consumers who have applied directly with National Debt Relief, providing consultation and guiding them towards suitable debt relief options to address their debt issues.

This is a remote position, with no cold calling involved, as we provide optimized marketing channels geared towards high conversion and sales enrollments. The expected start date is 6/13/2025, with scheduling based on business needs, confirmed prior to hiring.

We are looking for individuals available for the following 8-hour shift options in Eastern Time:

  • Tuesday through Saturday: 3 p.m. – 12 a.m.
  • Sunday through Thursday: 1 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Responsibilities
  • Consult and enroll qualified clients into our debt relief programs or recommended options.
  • Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce CRM.
  • Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (company sponsored).
  • Meet performance criteria set by management, which may change based on company baselines.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an Account Executive or inside sales role.
  • Proven success in sales and account management, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong business acumen and professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • Previous remote work experience is a plus.
  • Punctuality and readiness to work at shift start time.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work in high-volume settings.
  • Effective communication about debt settlement programs.
  • Accurate call documentation.

Compensation

Base salary starts at $31,200 annually, with uncapped commissions and bonuses, averaging $85,000 in the first year, with top performers earning up to $130K.
