Used by over 15M people, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive II to join our Squad!

As an Account Executive II, you'll be pivotal in driving growth across education and beyond. Your success will build on our brand reputation, requiring creativity, persistence, and entrepreneurship to explore new markets in K-12 and verticals.

What you'll do:

  • Manage full-cycle deals from prospect research to close.
  • Act as a Screencastify evangelist, articulating the problems we solve.
  • Meet daily outreach and connection goals.
  • Conduct energizing, personalized demos.
  • Optimize sales processes and share best practices.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success, Product, Support, and Marketing teams.
  • Achieve quarterly KPIs, pipeline growth, and new business targets.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of AE experience, preferably in K-12/Ed-Tech software.
  • Experience owning a territory and full sales cycle.
  • Skilled in selling to inbound/outbound leads, building pipelines, and closing quickly.
  • Proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Charismatic in writing and conversation.
  • Innovative, quick-moving, and self-driven.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment.

This is a Chicago-based hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office weekly.

Compensation

The salary range is $60,000 - $75,000, with OTE between $100,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and location.
