Flexport is seeking an Account Executive I (Farmer) in Bellevue to manage a portfolio of clients, build trusted relationships, and drive retention. You will run regular business reviews, surface cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with Operations, Product, and Implementation teams to resolve client issues.

You should have 1+ years in account management or related roles, strong communication, and curiosity for growth.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in account management, direct sales, client success, operations, or a similar client-facing role.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of Flexport clients, developing trusted relationships and driving satisfaction and retention.
Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communications, running regular business reviews (QBRs/MBRs).
Identify and surface early cross-sell and upsell opportunities within accounts in collaboration with senior teams.
Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Product, Implementation) to resolve client issues and deliver quality service.
Review client performance data to identify trends and risks and present insights in client conversations.
Build foundational knowledge of Flexport’s product suite and global trade operations to advise clients on core logistics challenges.
Work closely with Hunters to ensure a seamless transition and long-term client success.
