Position Summary:
Ainsworth Inc is seeking a sales professional to focus on expanding our preventative maintenance services within Michigan by targeting new customers to grow our portfolio. This role offers a great opportunity for a growth-oriented sales professional.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell preventative maintenance services to new and existing clients confidently and persuasively while maximizing profit.
- Manage mid-level market and enterprise systems within the assigned territory.
- Engineer, write specifications, develop cost proposals, and negotiate sales contracts.
- Build strong relationships with clients involved in decision-making. Listen actively, identify concerns, understand each customer's business, and demonstrate technical expertise to build credibility, loyalty, and trust.
- Create and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives.
- Exceed margin targets while pursuing sales orders in the assigned territory.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Perform all duties safely, complying with health, safety, environmental policies, and regulations.
- Adhere to the company's quality system operating procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Technical Degree or Diploma from university or college.
- At least 5 years of successful sales experience in technical services.
- Strong skills in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, technical, and financial skills.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
