Unit Overview

We are looking for an experienced sales executive with a strong background in healthcare sales, home health and/or hospice experience strongly preferred. Our account executive will secure new referral opportunities while maintaining existing relationships with hospitals, physician practices and long-term care facilities.

Anticipated Status/Shift: Full Time (40 hours/week) Day Shift Position Location: Chesapeake, VA

Position Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred); in lieu of degree 6 years of prior sales experience required (medical preferred).
• Experience: 2 years relevant experience (Required).
• Prior clinical experience (Example; Med Tech, LPN, RN, PT) (Strongly preferred).
• Prior sales experience (Strongly preferred).
• Prior customer service experience (Strongly preferred).
• Experience working in sales for a health care company (Strongly preferred).

The base pay range for full-time employment is $77,854.40 - $121,992.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
