Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Account Executive in Canton, MA to drive the full enterprise sales cycle for healthcare technology solutions. You will build relationships with C-suite and clinical leaders, qualify opportunities, and deliver compelling executive-level presentations and product demonstrations.

The role requires 3–5+ years of direct enterprise software sales, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Job Details

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle for healthcare technology solutions and services.
• Develop relationships with C-suite, clinical, physician, nursing, financial, and operational leadership.
• Assess opportunities, competitive landscape, decision-makers, influencers, and organizational needs to develop account and deal strategies.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships across both prospective and existing healthcare organizations.
• Deliver executive-level presentations, software demonstrations, and strategic business reviews.
• Manage an assigned territory and consistently work toward bookings and revenue targets.
• Maintain strong knowledge of healthcare technology trends and issues affecting hospitals and health systems.
• Coordinate responses to RFIs and RFPs.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, account, and opportunity information within Salesforce.
• Partner internally to coordinate demonstrations, presentations, proposals, and complex enterprise sales opportunities.
• Travel approximately 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5+ years of direct sales, enterprise software sales, or sales engineering experience.
• Proven track record of closing business and achieving sales/bookings targets.
• Healthcare technology, EHR/EMR, hospital software, or health system sales experience strongly preferred.
• Experience developing relationships with senior healthcare executives and clinical stakeholders.
• Strong consultative and strategic selling capabilities.
• Excellent executive presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage long, complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
