• Negotiate rates and deadlines with clients while maintaining service standards.
• Educate clients on translation processes, turnaround times, and competitors’ information.
• Coordinate with production to ensure high-quality delivery and attention to detail.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and follow up on satisfaction.
