Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a quota-carrying sales role or entrepreneurial selling experience.
• Working knowledge of performance marketing and ad campaigns.
• Understanding of cards, interchange, FX markups, wires and cross-border payouts.
• Proactive, self-driven with strong pipeline ownership.
• Clear written and verbal communication with founders and finance leads.

Responsabilités

• Own full sales cycle for new customers from first touch to first transaction.
• Prospect daily via phone, email, LinkedIn, and industry communities.
• Build lead lists from external data and referrals.
• Run discovery on funding needs, card spend, FX costs, and payouts.
• Qualify on account economics and focus on high-potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Compliance, and Support to onboard quickly.
• Grow accounts post-launch with increased spend, cards, and payouts.
• Provide field insights to Product and GTM on objections and requests.
• Become an expert on KAST Business positioning, pricing, and competitors.
