Job summary

Geometry, LLC is seeking a Junior Account Executive in San Clemente, California, to build and expand client relationships and drive thoughtful growth. You’ll partner with clients to propose solutions that align with their goals and uncover opportunities to grow together.

You’ll engage in new business development, manage a strong pipeline, and collaborate with design, operations, and logistics teams to ensure a high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Established network and the ability to activate relationships quickly.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong consultative selling skills with a relationship-first mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build, nurture, and expand relationships across existing client accounts, serving as a proactive and reliable partner
• Drive new business from prospecting through close, maintaining strong pipeline momentum and consistent follow-through
• Leverage your professional network to create early opportunities and accelerate sales activity
• Lead client conversations to understand needs, identify gaps, and develop tailored proposals aligned to budgets and timelines
• Collaborate closely with internal teams—including design, operations, and logistics—to ensure seamless execution and a high‑quality client experience
• Track and manage sales activity, forecasts, and opportunities using CRM tools
• Stay informed on product offerings, promotions, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Represent Geometry across client meetings, showroom visits, industry events, and trade shows
• Support broader sales operations, including order flow and data management, as needed
