Job summary

Rapid Response Monitoring is hiring an Account Executive for Field & Inside Sales. You will generate leads and build relationships while traveling up to 30% across New York State (excluding NYC) and handling New England opportunities from Syracuse.

No prior sales experience is required as comprehensive training is provided to help you achieve sales goals and deliver impactful client presentations.

Qualifications

• No direct sales experience required; hands‑on training provided.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication with urgency and follow‑through.
• Strong team player with an understanding of confidentiality and proprietary information.

Responsibilities

• Travel approximately 30% of the time to meet prospects and manage relationships.
• Build and develop new business opportunities from Syracuse headquarters for New England.
• Collaborate with Account Manager to prospect opportunities in both territories.
• Source new sales opportunities via outbound calls, emails and inbound follow‑ups.
• Perform lead generation and maintain timely CRM records.
• Lead sales presentations to prospective clients and schedule appointments.
