Primary Purpose

The Account Executive is responsible for supporting and expanding client relationships within designated territories, delivering efficient and scalable solutions for local and regional clients. By focusing on proactive client management and delivering tailored services, the Account Executive will drive account retention and revenue growth. The role involves engaging with clients to understand regional requirements, coordinating with internal teams for effective service delivery, and maximizing satisfaction through consistent follow-up.

Essential Functions
  1. Cultivates and strengthens relationships with existing accounts and builds relationships with new clients, making educated recommendations on product offerings, and ensuring client needs are met.
  2. Prospect and generate leads for target accounts to increase new revenue.
  3. Mine existing parent accounts for service expansion opportunities.
  4. Wins new projects and sites from existing parent accounts.
  5. Identifies and pursues opportunities to convert competitor customers to our products.
  6. Increases product and unit sales outside of initial scope.
  7. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure equipment availability, timely delivery, and proper servicing.
  8. Manage account plans within assigned regional/local territories, identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  9. Meet or exceed regional revenue goals.
  10. Provide tailored solutions that align with client requirements and maximize cross-selling or upselling within accounts.
  11. Drive relationships for clients in the region/locally, ensuring effective communication, problem resolution, and proactive support for ongoing projects.
  12. Work with internal teams to coordinate service delivery, address any client service issues, and ensure a consistent client experience.
  13. Present recommendations and service options to clients to demonstrate product benefits, pricing, and value-added services available within the region.
  14. Leverage company offerings, providing solutions to a wide range of issues and tailoring service to client needs.
  15. Meet or exceed established sales quotas.
  16. Lead the sales process from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and finalization, ensuring smooth transactions and client satisfaction.
  17. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the full range of solution offerings.
  18. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and post-sales.
  19. Stay informed about industry trends and developments.
  20. Allocate resources efficiently to maximize outcomes and client satisfaction.
  21. Perform other duties as assigned.
