We have multiple openings for Account Managers in our Event Solutions division, primarily responsible for managing existing client accounts. If you are interested in other divisions, please note those positions are currently filled.

In this role, you will identify and close sales opportunities with your managed clients, such as contract renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. You will also provide high-quality service, demonstrate solution-selling skills, and coordinate with Sales and Client Services teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.

In This Role, You Will

  1. Identify and close sales opportunities with clients, including renewals, cross-sells, and upsells.
  2. Present products and services to corporate accounts.
  3. Develop and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers to grow business.
  4. Collaborate with Sales and Client Services teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Address and resolve customer issues within 24 hours.
  6. Engage with existing clients to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  7. Develop targeted Key Accounts within North America and create plans to penetrate these accounts.
  8. Set and pursue aggressive revenue goals for each account.
  9. Forecast sales opportunities accurately through pipeline reports.
  10. Manage personal revenue pipeline to maximize opportunities.
  11. Monitor and report sales activity using the system.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree (strong academic performance preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, revenue-generating role.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Knowledge of relationship management, consultative selling, product demonstrations, and contract closing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High computer literacy.
  • Experience selling CRM, CMS, ASP data systems, Travel, or Meeting Planning Services is relevant.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Experience in SaaS/technology/hospitality sales or account management is a plus.
  • Experience in the Event Management industry is a plus.

This position is remote, and salary information will be provided if further details are needed based on applicant location. The estimated base salary range is $60,000-$75,000 annually plus commission, depending on experience and location. We offer a competitive benefits package.
