Job summary

Onset Financial is an award-winning equipment finance company based in Draper, Utah. We are seeking an Account Executive to develop new business, manage a robust pipeline, and guide clients through the full sales cycle from prospecting to funding.

You will tailor financing solutions, collaborate with Credit and Documentation teams, and continually pursue personal and professional growth. Five years of sales experience and strong B2B background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Five years of sales experience preferred.
• Two years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Ability to identify and close new business over the phone.
• Proven track record of executing high-dollar transactions.
• Top performer attitude, unwavering work ethic, and a desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls and strategic outreach.
• Build your own pipeline and maintain your own book of business.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through funding.
• Understand customer financing needs and recommend customized equipment finance solutions.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Credit and Documentation teams to ensure transactions meet underwriting requirements.
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development.
