Onset Financial, an award-winning equipment finance company in St. George, Utah, is seeking an Account Executive to develop new business, manage a pipeline, and provide financing solutions in equipment leasing.

This role offers strong earning potential and a supportive, coaching-driven environment. You will prospect, build a personal book of business, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to funding, and collaborate with Credit and Documentation teams to ensure compliant, efficient

Qualifications

• Five years of sales experience preferred.
• Two years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Ability to identify and close new business over the phone.
• Proven track record of closing high-dollar transactions.
• Coachable mindset and teamwork.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls and strategic outreach
• Build your own pipeline and maintain your own book of business
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through funding
• Understand customer financing needs and recommend equipment finance solutions
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics
• Collaborate with Credit and Documentation teams to ensure underwriting compliance
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development
