If you seek to bring new, disruptive ideas to the enterprise software market, it’s now time for your next big challenge. We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our high performing, New Logo Enterprise Sales team and help us drive the market. Organizations across every size and vertical are focused on improving uptime & performance, gaining efficiency through cloud adoption/migration, and embracing DevOps practices.

What you'll do

You will focus on over-quota achievement and grow an ambitious pipeline of business through new logo acquisitions, creativity, and hard work. You will navigate complex organizations and sell to multiple decision-makers to land new accounts and establish initial wallet share.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive account acquisition by owning a territory and cultivating relationships with stakeholders within target accounts to maximize sales into new accounts.
  2. Target new logos not already covered by other teams.
  3. Identify customer needs and configure appropriate offerings from our portfolio.
  4. Expand the top of funnel through prospecting, developing relationships at multiple levels, including C-level executives.
  5. Use our sales process to close large-scale, multi-year SaaS deals, prepare forecasts, build pipelines, and document activities in Salesforce.
  6. Work with customers throughout the sales process to achieve positive outcomes.
  7. Stay updated on company and competitor news for demand triggers.
  8. Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of Observability solutions and position New Relic solutions effectively.
Minimum qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in technology, preferably enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of driving results and closing multi-year SaaS deals.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships and become a trusted advisor.
  • Experience working with matrix teams supporting go-to-market initiatives.
  • Expertise in managing enterprise accounts.
Bonus points

Previous experience selling Observability solutions.
