What you'll do

The Enterprise CLM Account Executive is responsible for building Enterprise-level relationships, selling Docusign’s Contract Lifecycle Management solution (CLM) and AI solutions. This role involves working with internal teams and partners, owning deals end-to-end, and acquiring new customers while expanding within existing accounts. The ideal candidate is curious, strategic, and skilled in relationship-building.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive success of the company’s CLM and AI product goals through achieving sales quotas.
  2. Cultivate relationships with ecosystem partners such as Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, and System Integrators to generate pipeline.
  3. Qualify sales opportunities based on Docusign’s sales methodology.
  4. Identify, cultivate, and close new CLM business, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  5. Leverage internal resources in sales campaigns.
  6. Collaborate with peers and partners to drive deals from pipeline to signature.
  7. Forecast sales activity and revenue accurately using sales tools.
Job Designation

Remote: Employee works from a designated remote location for most of the time. Positions are assigned as In Office, Hybrid, or Remote, depending on the role, with possible changes based on business needs.

What you bring
Basic
  • 8+ years of complex enterprise software sales experience managing and closing sales cycles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Willing to travel 25% or more as needed.
Preferred
  • 12+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in team selling environments.
  • Experience managing and closing complex multi-solution sales, including large deals with Fortune 500 accounts.
  • Strong C-Level contacts across large enterprises.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite.
  • Experience selling CLM, Legal Tech, AI solutions, or related technologies.
  • Based in Chicago or Northeast/Southeast US.
Wage Transparency

Pay varies by location and factors such as experience and skills. Example ranges include:

  • California: $114,400 - $172,100
  • Illinois and Colorado: $113,500 - $164,650
  • Washington, New Jersey, New York: $113,500 - $165,850
  • Washington DC: $114,400 - $165,850
Additional Compensation & Benefits
  • Bonus based on sales performance.
