Job summary

BDV Solutions, LLC partners with U.S. employers to support workforce needs through employment-based immigration solutions. The Junior Account Executive supports BDV Solutions through employer operations and new acquisition responsibilities, including HubSpot data standards, dashboards, and outbound outreach.

The role focuses on prospecting, pipeline reviews, and coordinating cross-functional efforts across Business Development, Finance, Legal, and Operations. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience using a CRM or similar system.
• Comfortable conducting outbound outreach and discovery conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own employer HubSpot data standards and reporting.
• Maintain capacity and sponsorship inventory dashboards.
• Coordinate account handoffs and weekly pipeline reviews.
• Build prospect lists and conduct outbound outreach for new employer prospects.
