Job summary

Flexential is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue in a defined sales territory for data center services including colocation, cloud, and managed solutions. The role focuses on new business and full-cycle selling to organizations not yet engaged with Flexential, leveraging consultative Solution Selling and a strong executive engagement approach.

Travel up to 50% is expected as you build relationships with IT leaders, deliver tailored strategies, and close complex opportunities while

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in technology sales.
Proven success selling to IT decision makers in a competitive market.
Experience selling managed services, IT infrastructure, software-as-a-service or hosting.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
Ability to travel to assigned territories (50%).
Strong consultative selling approach (Solution Selling).

Responsibilities

Meet and/or exceed all quota requirements.
Develop and execute sales territory plans.
Sell into an assigned set of prospects that currently do not do business with Flexential.
Determine and set the appropriate sales strategy to close complex opportunities.
Develop relationships with prospective customer executives and technical staff.
