Through our partnership with Major League Baseball, we help shape sponsorship, licensing and commercial opportunities that extend across all 120 MiLB markets, giving our teams the chance to make an impact on both a national and local level.Whether you're joining one of our clubs or our back-office team, you'll be part of an organization that values creativity, collaboration and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional fan experiences while making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.Job Description: Reporting to the Director of Corporate Partnerships, this position is responsible for interacting directly with sponsors on behalf of the team, in addition to the responsibility of executing all elements found in sponsor contracts, including customized promotions and events at the stadium.Duties and Responsibilities:Review and understand each sponsor contract assigned to themServe as the main contact for existing sponsors, building strong, long-term relationships and proactively addressing their needsEntertain sponsors and other guests in the stadium at Dragons games and other eventsWork most Dragons home games (including many nights, weekends, and holidays)Provide VIP pre-game toursLead or assist sponsor’s plaza events and promotions before and during gamesPlan out the timeline for execution of each element in the sponsor’s contract including, but not limited to:In-stadium signageFacilitate mascot appearancesImplement and attend planning meetings; brainstorm with sponsors on how to best meet their goals and utilize their sponsorship to the fullestMarket sponsor promotionsSecure ticketing inventoryCreate and execute promotions to meet the business goals of the sponsor including:Work with staff on creation of collaterals, social media, ads, in-stadium marketing, website, etc.Event planning and execution of all sponsor events at the stadium including large company picnics, softball games/tournaments, luncheons, team building activities, field days, public events, etc.Assist coworkers with sponsor events, promotions, and projects as necessaryGather proof of performance throughout the season and create a comprehensive annual report for each sponsor at the conclusion of the seasonWork tirelessly to find additional opportunities to over-deliver on value for sponsorsCreate unique opportunities to focus on partner retention with existing partnersMaintain and work within sponsor budgetsQualities and Traits of the Ideal Candidate:Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively multi-taskDesire to ask questions, learn and constantly improveComfortable dealing with people in a professional, customer service-oriented mannerEnjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentWilling to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, holidays)Strives for greatness with everything they do
