Job summary

Lumibuild is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business across corporate, higher-ed, hospitality, and experiential markets. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, collaborating with Engineering, Project Management, and Procurement to deliver design-build solutions.

You will own client relationships, present complex AV and hybrid-work solutions, and help Lumibuild expand its national footprint through strategic partnerships and compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AV integration, technology sales, or related design-build environments.
• Proven track record selling boardrooms, hybrid collaboration spaces, or enterprise AV systems.
• Strong organizational skills with CRM workflow experience.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for clients and consultants.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across corporate, higher-ed, hospitality, and experiential markets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery to proposal coordination, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM activity tracking.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets to drive company growth.
