We’re looking for an exceptional Account Executive to join our growing global team at Mitiga.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proven and highly motivated cybersecurity sales Account Executive to join our team in the US. You will drive Mitiga's growth by managing and expanding our US market presence, owning strategic sales initiatives, and leading the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts, focusing on SaaS and cloud security solutions. You will collaborate closely with Mitiga’s founders and leadership to shape the company’s future growth and strategy.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Understand customer business and security challenges to advise on how Mitiga adds value.
  2. Engage with CISOs and security teams to build credibility around cloud and SaaS security.
  3. Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored solutions based on Mitiga’s platform.
  4. Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the pipeline and meet quarterly quotas.
  5. Establish credibility and partnerships within Mitiga’s ecosystem to drive growth.
  6. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  7. Navigate complex sales processes with a consultative approach.
  8. Collaborate across teams to align strategies and achieve results.
  9. Maintain detailed records of sales activities in CRM.
Who You Are:
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, with a proven track record with CISOs and security executives.
  • Experience in early-stage startups (Seed to Series A), understanding high-growth challenges.
  • Success in managing mid-market and enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong prospecting skills and a hunter mentality.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts and demonstrate business value.
  • Experience selling SaaS and cloud security solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline management skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with TDIR solutions and security operations tools.
  • Established relationships within the US cybersecurity space.
Additional Details & Perks

The estimated base salary is $150-175K, complemented by commissions, equity, and benefits including health insurance, 401k with match, unlimited PTO, equipment, and more.
