Job summary

Community Impact is hiring an Account Executive to drive B2B sales for print, digital, and direct-mail advertising products. You will consult with clients to tailor advertising plans, build a growing book of business, and thrive in a field-based role with occasional office time in Pflugerville.

The role rewards with a strong base, monthly bonuses, uncapped commissions, and benefits, plus PTO and holidays. Expect to travel in your assigned area and participate in the CI Way sales process.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and account management.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and a growing book of business.
• Familiarity with CI Way sales process and consultative selling.
• Willingness to work in Pflugerville office and field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to tailor print, digital, and direct-mail advertising plans.
• Grow and manage a book of business with ongoing client care and upsell opportunities.
• Deliver in-person client meetings and field visits across assigned territory.
• Align with CI Way sales methodology and actively participate in trainings.

Note: this role requires office hours in Pflugerville on Mondays and as needed for training. However, the vast majority of the role's duties will be conducted from the field in your assigned area.
