CodeNinja is expanding its Dallas revenue team and seeks an Account Executive with roughly one year of B2B sales experience. This onsite role partners with commercial and technical teams to turn customer problems into qualified opportunities and paid engagements.

Qualifications

• Around one year of B2B sales experience or equivalent
• Evidence of prospecting, qualifying opportunities, or progressing deals
• Clear writing and active listening skills

Responsabilités

• Research target accounts and build pipeline through email, calls, networks, and local events
• Run discovery to understand the problem, value, stakeholders, buying process, and constraints
• Explain private AI clearly without unsupported claims
• Work with engineers on demonstrations, pilot scope, and proposals
• Own follow-up, CRM records, and deal progression; partner with leadership on negotiations
• Help shape our commercial playbook with customer feedback
