The Role
As an Account Executive for ClearlyRated, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing relationships with mid-sized to enterprise-level (50 to 3,000 employee) B2B Professional Service firms. Industries we cater to include staffing, accounting, legal, Commercial Construction, Insurance, IT, HR Services, Architecture & Engineer, and others. This role requires a strategic approach to identify client needs, present tailored solutions, and achieve sales targets across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and research potential clients within the target industries.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Reporting Structure + Working at ClearlyRated : This role reports to our VP of Sales directly but with planned growth, will likely report into a sales manager in a few months as we grow and scale the business. While ClearlyRated is an established business founded in 2003, with a recent capital infusion, we still very much operate like a startup, so things change quickly. We have a lot already figured out but we still have some figuring out to do. If that excites you, this may be the role for you as you'll have a direct hand in the company's future direction. The ideal candidate can prove a successful sales background where they have both prospected and closed business, is growth-minded, curious, crafty, tenacious, and is ready to take the initiative in our next phase of exciting growth!
