Cordance seeks a motivated, results-driven Account Executive to support Upright Labs, a company transforming the recommerce industry. You will own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while building trusted relationships with prospective customers.

This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who is self-motivated, thoughtful, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team. It offers a unique opportunity to shape customer success and business outcomes in a values-led organization.

This is a fully remote role; candidates must be based in the US.

What You'll Do:
  1. Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and transitioning to customer success.
  2. Prospecting: Develop new leads through outreach, referrals, and targeted campaigns.
  3. Product Demonstrations: Deliver tailored demos that articulate value.
  4. Consultative Selling: Identify customer needs and align solutions.
  5. Pipeline Management: Maintain records, track performance, and forecast revenue in CRM (preferably HubSpot).
  6. Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and competition.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to support the customer journey.
What You Bring:
  1. 2+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record.
  2. Experience managing the full sales cycle.
  3. Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  4. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  5. Proactive, organized, and enthusiastic about contributing to a growth-oriented team.
What Will Help You Stand Out:
  1. 1-2 years of experience in commerce, retail, or recommerce.
  2. Knowledge of MEDDPICC or similar sales qualification methodologies.
  3. Strong analytical skills to improve sales strategies.
