Fringe is a remote-first HR tech company based in Virginia with an office in Richmond. We seek an Account Executive focused on ADP partnerships and a book of direct deals.

You’ll own the pipeline from discovery to close, collaborate with Partnerships, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, and influence the go-to-market playbook. You will manage multiple deals, communicate value to HR leaders, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment while contributing to a growing, people-focused

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience with quota track record.
• Experience owning full sales cycle from discovery through close.
• Ability to manage multiple deals at different speeds and stages.
• Strong discovery, presentation, and demo skills to convey value to HR leaders and executives.
• Self-directed, organized, and comfortable in a remote role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Run ADP-sourced opportunities end to end: discovery, demo, proposal, and close.
• Build trusted relationships with ADP sales reps and partner teams to stay top of mind for recognition, rewards, and employee experience.
• Learn the ADP co-sell motion and help turn it into a repeatable playbook.
• Hand off to Customer Success for quick launch and value realization.
