The Role

We are seeking an independent and effective Account Executive (AE) to join our team. The AE will play a pivotal role in growing our US Partner Program by prospecting, developing, and closing new partners. The role will also involve handoff to our Customer Success (CS) team for ongoing management. This is a full-cycle sales role with the expectation to join, learn, deliver, and then help grow and scale an outbound US team.

This role would be a great fit if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing platforms, including DSPs (e.g., StackAdapt, The Trade Desk) and audience targeting strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Sales tools (e.g., Zoho, Aircall) and sales pipeline management.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, and digital marketing metrics.
  • Experience in digital advertising sales, with a focus on pay per click or programmatic media.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and operations.
  • Knowledge of specific industry verticals (e.g., e-commerce, healthcare, financial services).

What you'll do

  • Identify and qualify prospective clients, focusing on key industries (e.g., marketing, retail, healthcare, tech).
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of 50-100 leads at various sales stages.

Sales Process Management:

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and propose tailored media solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of the ClickTech Partner Program through meetings, calls, and digital presentations.
  • Develop custom proposals and negotiate contracts, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.

Client Onboarding:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales and CS team to onboard new clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within Zoho CRM.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline and performance metrics to leadership.

Relationship Management:

  • Foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

How you will be measured:

  • Onboarding/Probationary Period: By the end of 60 days of employment, the expectation is to have produced at least 3 ClickTech Partners.
  • Client Acquisition Target: Close 18 new partners a month through a combination of inbound and outbound sales.
  • Pipeline Development: Maintain a pipeline valued at 3x the monthly sales quota.
