One of our companies is currently looking for an Enterprise Account Executive in the United States.

This is a high-impact sales role focused on driving growth in the life sciences sector through the sale of advanced SaaS solutions. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will work closely with leading biotech and pharmaceutical organizations, developing relationships across R&D, IT, and executive teams. Your mission is to identify strategic opportunities, guide customers through complex sales cycles, and deliver solutions that support scientific innovation. With a strong foundation in science and a passion for technology, you'll represent a powerful suite of research products aimed at transforming digital labs around the world.

Accountabilities:

  • Drive complex, consultative SaaS sales cycles within life sciences organizations
  • Engage with executive-level and technical stakeholders to position strategic solutions
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and SMB accounts to maximize retention and expansion
  • Lead sales efforts for key products focused on genomics, bioinformatics, and molecular biology
  • Build trusted partnerships by understanding customer needs and aligning product value
  • Generate pipeline through a mix of outbound prospecting, events, ABM campaigns, and referrals
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and scientific teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Represent the company at industry events and panels, establishing thought leadership
  • Analyze usage data to spot trends, drive adoption, and prevent churn
  • Act as a customer advocate, sharing feedback with internal teams to improve the product roadmap


Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, customer success, or account management in the life sciences SaaS space
  • Proven ability to sell into complex organizations and navigate multi-stakeholder environments
  • Experience working with customers in genomics, molecular biology, or related scientific fields
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills across executive and technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to create business cases and influence investment decisions
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and managing long sales cycles
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, pipeline management, and data-driven forecasting
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, chemistry, biology, or a related scientific discipline
  • Self-starter with high energy, curiosity, and a passion for scientific innovation
