Job Description:
You will be responsible for driving new business growth in our heavy equipment rental and truck rental verticals. You will own and execute deals through the entire sales process from prospecting, to demo, to close. You will be selling into an engaged prospect base with a defined need that Record360 solves. This role is perfect for a hungry, competitive Rock Star with strong communication skills looking to drive real growth.

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt. Base Salary + Commission + Benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision), 100% 401(k) Matching (Up to 4%).
The base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 per year. The base salary actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, experience and training, skills, licenses and certifications, and education among other factors.
