Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an exceptional collaborative Account Executive with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Full Sales Cycle: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within staffing, outsourcing, and consulting—especially in the media and advertising industries.
  • Pipeline Management: Build, maintain, and actively manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools, forecasting accurately and consistently.
  • Client Growth: Drive revenue through new client acquisition and upselling within existing accounts.
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
  • Relationship Building: Serve as the primary contact for clients, building strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with delivery and recruiting teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Insights: Regularly report on sales performance metrics, deal status, and market intelligence to leadership.
  • Future Team Leadership: Contribute to developing sales best practices and help recruit and mentor future sales talent.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in staffing, outsourcing, or consulting services, with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Proven Closer: Strong background as a quota-carrying individual contributor with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the staffing landscape, especially within the media, advertising, or marketing verticals.
  • Sales Skills: Exceptional negotiation, closing, and communication abilities.
  • Network: Existing relationships or deep familiarity with decision-makers in the staffing space is highly preferred.
  • Self-Starter: Highly organized, independent, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote or hybrid environment.
