Your Purpose
You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and generating revenue. You will be “on the front lines” of Forecastr, interacting with qualified leads and demonstrating how Forecastr can help them develop a robust financial model, raise capital, and grow their companies.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Close new customers to grow our customer base.
  2. Help first, sell later — prioritize genuinely assisting founders, which may include recommending Forecastr, but always with their best interests in mind.
  3. Follow up efficiently on active deals and track activity meticulously, ensuring all interactions are documented in Hubspot. Remember, the fortune is in the follow-up!
  4. Track, measure, and optimize customer acquisition processes to improve effectiveness.
  5. Contribute to building Forecastr by helping us grow faster and become an even more outstanding company.

Skills & Experience

  • At least 2 years of inside sales experience in B2B tech or software, preferably selling directly to C-suite executives and founders.
  • People-driven and charismatic — enjoy meeting new people, be likable, and excel in conversations.
  • Basic financial knowledge — familiar with financial models, their purpose, use cases, and value propositions.
  • Detail-oriented — capable of executing tasks efficiently within productive systems.
  • Understanding of startup founders — their goals, needs, fears, and problems.

Note: This is a telecommute/work-from-home position.
