Job Description:

You will be responsible for driving new business growth in our heavy equipment rental and truck rental verticals. You will own and execute deals through the entire sales process from prospecting, to demo, to close. You will be selling into an engaged prospect base with a defined need that Record360 solves. This role is perfect for a hungry, competitive Rock Star with strong communication skills looking to drive real growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Closing new accounts in our core verticals (i.e., equipment rental and truck rental)
  2. Drive Record360's growth with outbound prospecting and turning opportunities into paying customers
  3. Own, and execute, deals from beginning to end (i.e., from prospect to demo and close)
  4. Accurately assess our customers’ needs and position our solution to meet those needs
  5. Conduct high-quality, compelling demonstrations of our product
  6. Communicate clearly and professionally on the phone and over email with customers
  7. Work with our Customer Success team to successfully and seamlessly onboard customers
  8. Continuously improve sales approach and processes
  9. Rigorously track your activity & update account information in Outreach/Salesforce

Qualifications:

  1. 1+ years of outbound sales experience
  2. Experience with Salesforce’s CRM a plus
  3. Industry knowledge of equipment rental and truck rental a plus
  4. Experience with Outreach a plus

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt. Base Salary + Commission + Benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision), 100% 401(k) Matching (Up to 4%).

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 per year. The base salary actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, experience and training, skills, licenses and certifications, and education among other factors.
