The Business Development Manager (BDM) is a strategic sales leader responsible for driving revenue growth across New Era Technology’s entire portfolio within the Global Services business unit. This person will be responsible for developing new business in the MST and PST zones. The role combines the ability to cross-sell into existing accounts and generate new business through leveraging a strong network of contacts. The BDM plays a pivotal role in executing New Era’s GTM strategy, with a specific focus on cultivating relationships and uncovering opportunities through strategic partners such as Microsoft and SAP. Success in this role requires deep expertise in solution-based selling, a hunter mentality, and a proven ability to build strong client and partner relationships.
