Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive for a fully remote position to serve as the face of our client's fitness company.

This remote role focuses on converting 100% inbound leads into qualified appointments and driving client acquisition through our proven sales process. The ideal candidate will embody our core values of Radical Ownership, Loving Directness, and Relentless Integrity while building meaningful relationships with prospects from anywhere in the country.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Conversion

  • Convert inbound leads into qualified discovery calls through effective outreach and relationship building
  • Maintain and manage sales pipeline using CRM software
  • Follow up with prospects consistently over extended periods
  • Coordinate with lead management team to optimize processes and remove conversion obstacles

Client Onboarding & Program Advancement

  • Successfully onboard new clients into appropriate fitness programs
  • Upsell qualified clients from low-ticket to high-ticket training programs (Bootcamp or Level 2)
  • Execute relevant strategies to convert prospects into annual program memberships
  • Ensure seamless transition from prospect to active client

Communication & Relationship Building

  • Conduct professional remote video calls via Zoom to build rapport and assess client needs
  • Send personalized messages through Instagram and Facebook to engage prospects
  • Demonstrate persistence and professionalism when addressing client objections
  • Submit detailed End-of-Day reports to Sales Manager remotely

Performance Metrics

  • Weekly Discovery Calls: Up to 40 qualified appointments scheduled
  • Low-Ticket Close Rate: Maintain 50% or higher conversion rate
  • Program Advancement: Upsell 25% or more clients to high-ticket programs
  • Annual Membership Conversion: Downsell 20% of prospects to annual low-ticket programs

Schedule & Availability

  • Monday through Friday availability to meet performance targets, potential Saturday required based on volume.
  • Flexible remote scheduling options available when KPIs are consistently achieved
  • Must have reliable internet connection and professional home office setup for remote work

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of closing experience with a measurable track record of success
  • Proven track record in customer service and sales
  • Excellent written communication skills for social media outreach and messaging
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills for video calls
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales pipeline management
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term prospect relationships

Compensation Package

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $130,000 (uncapped)
  • Performance-based compensation structure with significant earning potential
