Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and sales documentation.
• Ensure accounts are properly approved and paid in a timely manner.
• Participate in sales meetings, training and coaching sessions.
• Complete other duties as requested and needed.

Job Overview

Hubbard Radio Seattle & 2060 Digital is seeking a drive, relationship-focused Account Executive to join our advertising sales team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Account Executives are responsible for developing new business, building strong client relationships, and delivering customized advertising solutions across broadcast radio, streaming, podcast, and digital marketing platforms. We are looking for someone who is hungry, personable, coachable, and energized by variety. Media experience is not required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help the right person succeed. This position begins with a base salary and transitions into a commission-based structure with excellent earning potential.

Physical Requirements

Compensation and Benefits

When extending an offer, the company considers a variety of factors such as (but not limited to) the candidate's work experience, education/training & key skills as well as internal peer equity and other market and business considerations.
