Job description

It is our mission to be an integral part of our clients’ litigation process by delivering unsurpassed value, innovative solutions, and technology with best-in-class service and data security. As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for maintaining existing relationships and developing new ones with law firms and attorneys to drive revenue and sales growth exceeding your goals.

This position is fully remote but requires onsite visits with clients and attendance at industry events, as necessary.

What you'll do :

  1. Sell deposition services and technologies to new and existing clients
  2. Host virtual and onsite presentations demonstrating Veritext products and solutions
  3. Anticipate and listen to clients’ needs and concerns; find mutually beneficial solutions
  4. Track sales activities via Salesforce, including call reports, work plans, opportunities, and territory analyses
  5. Maintain knowledge of Veritext products, services, policies, and best practices; provide feedback to leadership
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and ensure excellent service throughout the sales cycle

Who you are :

  1. 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing services (paralegal experience considered)
  2. Self-motivated, results-driven, creative, with strategic sales skills
  3. Proven high achiever with skills in sales, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving
  4. Strong technical and analytical skills; eager to learn new technology
  5. Effective presenter able to demonstrate products in a user-friendly manner
  6. Capable of building effective relationships with clients and colleagues
  7. Professional, timely, and courteous
