Job Summary

The Account Executive – RFS will be responsible for managing existing accounts and developing new business. The AE will identify and pursue new customer opportunities for Ryder Fuel Services (RFS), collaborate with management, and educate prospects on RFS services. The role includes supporting customer service, understanding market competition, and managing risks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Activities: Represent RFS services, collaborate internally to close deals, and expand current customer relationships.
  2. Customer Experience: Enhance customer relationships, onboard new accounts, and support existing clients through effective communication and resource utilization.
  3. Business Development: Identify prospects, understand customer needs, prepare value-based proposals, and develop sales plans to meet revenue targets.
  4. Administrative Support: Maintain account data, support marketing efforts, and ensure smooth account development processes.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and improve sales skills, industry knowledge, and personal growth opportunities.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Customize RFS solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Adhere to company policies, including travel and expense guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation

Hourly pay between $31.30 and $39.47, influenced by experience and other factors. Potential for bonuses or incentives.
