POSITION SUMMARY

Humanitru is an integrations-first software platform for nonprofits that empowers organizations to centralize their data and streamline operations. Connecting with platforms like Mailchimp, QuickBooks, DonorSearch, and others, Humanitru replaces legacy CRMs and eliminates data silos, providing a unified view of supporters and operations.

We seek a results-oriented Account Executive eager to make a lasting impact at a high-growth SaaS company. Join our growing (remote) team as we expand nationwide. Compensation is 50% base salary (with increases) and 50%+ commission, with no caps.

You will manage the entire sales cycle and close deals within your territory. As a self-starter, you’re passionate about initiating contact, building relationships, and engaging prospects unfamiliar with us.

You’ll collaborate across departments, innovate with new ideas, and take charge of your career!

DUTIES
  • Develop your territory and create prospecting plans to access new accounts
  • Meet remotely with prospective clients to understand their needs and how we can assist
  • Work closely with Solutions Consultants to demonstrate the Humanitru system
  • Become knowledgeable about the nonprofit tech industry and engage with fundraising, operations, and executive teams
  • Coordinate with Business Development Managers on prospecting strategies
  • Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders
  • Travel to represent Humanitru at industry conferences
  • Close deals and advance your career!
REQUIREMENTS
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in CRM or relevant cloud software
  • Proven growth and upward mobility in previous roles
  • Strategic thinking and execution skills for territory management
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a no-excuses mindset
  • Excellent listening, questioning, communication, and presentation skills
  • Passion for technology and supporting nonprofits
  • Ability to follow guidance and stay organized
